11 people work at LeadLane: the two founders, 6 SDRs on the phone and 3 developers for our platform. Everyone works remotely, our registered office is in Oelde. You can meet the team on our About us page.
How new SDRs get up to speed: first they learn technical and content-driven call skills, then the product, client and industry of each project. Coaching runs daily at first, then weekly, then every two weeks, and it never stops.

Every call is backed by our own platform: site screening, live information during the call, documented qualification and handover to your CRM. The systems we connect to are listed under Integrations. We store the data from our projects on this platform in data centres in the EU.
From July 2025 to June 2026 we developed an AI-assisted sales assistant for the machinery industry, funded by the Go-to-Market.NRW programme (EFRE-20801223). More on the funded project page.
We only call companies, never private individuals. In B2B, the legal basis in Germany is presumed consent under Section 7 (2) No. 1 of the German Unfair Competition Act (UWG). That is why we only call when there is a clear business link between your solution and the company we call.
We process personal data in line with the GDPR. Details are in our privacy policy.
Companies working with LeadLane include Augmensys, emory, Levity, Logistica OS, MagnetWorld, MATRIX and SimCog. Results from individual projects are under Resources.
We review them at least once a quarter. When a figure changes, we update the value and the date on this page.
A call that someone at the company we dial picks up. Dials that nobody answers are not counted.
After every first meeting we hand over, the client tells us whether it matches their ideal customer profile. 85% is the share of meetings our clients confirm.
The figure comes from our own project and call data and has not been audited by a third party.
